A bibliography is a list of books, magazines etc, which have been used for an assignment. If you have quoted or referred to specific ideas or information you should also provide footnotes and page references. Where people have directly given you information you should either acknowledge them in your bibliography, or in a separate list of Acknowledgements. Verifiable sources add authority and credibility (reliable/believable) to your assignment. Bibliographies are normally a requirement for senior school assignments. There are different official reference/bibliography/citation styles which can be confusing. Check with your teacher as to which style they want you to follow.
